Working out should be something that you enjoy. If you dread going to the gym and have no plan once you get there, don’t go…you probably won’t anyway. Find a class that you love, find many of them. There are so many out there and you can find one or more that make you excited to go for a change.
Taking a class is fun! you meet new people, other people just like you that live near you and workout like you. Classes motivate you to keep going, working out next to a friend or stranger will keep you pushing through the last 3 reps where you would have given up if you were alone. Classes are personal training without the therapy session involved in a one on one session. So find a class, find a few, and make working out fun again!
