Fast easy healthy breakfast!

This is a super fast way to have breakfast ready as you work on preparing to go lunches or get dressed.

Step 1: put parchment paper or ten foil on a baking sheet and place bacon on it in the oven on 375 for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy!

Step 2: crack eggs in muffin tin lined with butter or oil. Add salt and pepper. Put vegetables on the bottom and crack eggs over them if you have them ready! For kids, whisk eggs and cheese to pour muffin tin.

Step 3: Eat and add fruit or whole wheat toast. Save leftovers in freezer or make the kid take them as snack if they didn’t eat them all, the case in my house!
