Hey fABulous friends!
here is the 3rd core video to ADD to your routine that you have already become a master of this past week. It should go something like this;
1. Get Low choreographed abs
2. Plank/towel 10 reps in each position (which can be done without towels or discs and just jump out to the side and in instead)
3. Classic (new one) Bridge & V-Ups (or butt and abs). (add light weights to your hips if you want more resistance, you know how to make it harder…first just make it HAPPEN daily!).
and…here’s a playlist for you.
EDITED FOR A NEW ROUTINE.
I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO REMOVE THE CHOREOGRAPHED CORE WORK I DID BECAUSE IT WAS SIMILAR TO A CLASS I USED TO TEACH. ALTHOUGH THE ACTUAL EXERCISES HAVE BEEN AROUND MUCH LONGER THAN ANY CLASS I HAVE TAUGHT, IT IS THE FACT THAT I AM DOING OR TEACHING THEM HERE THAT IS THE ISSUE.
SO, BELOW IS WHAT I SUGGEST YOU DO FOR THE ENTIRE SONG TO GET A GREAT CORE WORK GOING. HAVE FUN!
Start in a Shoulder Bridge (shown below) and keep the hips up for small contractions of the glutes so that you are always working the muscles for the first half of the song.
At the start of the second chorus, transition to a v-up series (see below) and play with balance, strength in how far you can extend your upper and lower body away from each other and lifting your legs to “teaser”for as long as you can to end.
Remember when I had 300+ people “like” a post on my facebook page pledging that they would do this every day this month if I took the time to publish it for FREE!? If you were one of those, or want to be now, you MUST “LIKE” my question each day if you completed the core work and show everyone how dedicated you are plus motivate someone you may not know to join in the fun. Don’t get caught skipping my class…or video #4 may get ugly.
Have a wonderful week, and don’t forget to check out my LIFT series starts next Monday the 17th, limited spots available so find out more now.
