When I weight train I like to pick 4-5 moves to repeat 3 times through to keep it simple, make it quick and feel the burn. Here is an easy leg workout that you can do at home, at a gym, or in your hotel room!
You need 8-12 pound dumb bells or a kettle bell. If you do not have them, go buy them NOW!
The video is very hard to hear but that doesn’t matter, just do each move I show you 10 times and then repeat the entire circuit 3 times.
You can make it a longer workout by adding 10-30 minute cardio before you do this or 3-5 minute intervals of cardio (ie. jump ropes, burpees, sprints, cycling, jacks) between sets.
Finish with core work and you are all set!
